The “CHAMBER OF COOPERATION AND INCENTIVE FOR PARTNERSHIP ” is an open and spontaneous organisation. It is based on indivisible and universal values such as human dignity and social life quality, solidarity, equality, employment and economic development, innovation, environmental protection in order to contribute to the development of these common values without private speculation purposes, in fact it’s a non-profit organization which advocates solidarity in order to promote life value and the importance to improve it. This Organization takes inspiration from democratic participation principles, increasing and promoting the ideal and practical contribution of the every adherent. The Organization promoves and to realize initiatives which advocate the international cooperation and partnership among the democratic states in order to make their links closer and closer, mindful of common destinies.

 

 

 

(Organization purposes)

 

We all perfectly remember and highlight that " the coming together of the nations of Europe" was one of the essencial targets of European Community Founding Fathers. This concept is clearly expressed and reiterated in the Schuman Declaration, moreover it is stated and repeated in the European Community Treaties and by the EU Member States governments during the Paris Summit in 1972, in the Stuttgard Declaration in 1983, in the Single European Act. For this reason the Organization called " CHAMBER OF COOPERATION AND INCENTIVE FOR PARTNERSHIP ” intends to firmly support the EU Charter on Fundamental Rights proclaimed by the European Parliament, EU Council, the European Commission on December 7th 2000 during the Summit in Nice according to article 12 “ freedom of assembly and of association” in order to pursue the whole articles and, particularly, the following targets:

 

CONTRIBUTING to the realization of a dignified and harmonious civic development through the solidarity and economic and social progress of their peoples in order to gradually eliminate the socio-economic gaps among the countries;

 

IMPROVING the institutions capabilities in order to provide efficient services to the citizens and firms helping, in a sympathetic way, their facilities and activities. It’s aimed to create an economic space without frontiers and discriminations among the citizens and the firms, playing a constant proponent role;

 

ATTRACTING local, regional, national, international public bodies investments and contributions for socio-economic and civil solidarity initiatives planning and realization including  the actions which foster the emerging countries development and self-sufficiency and the promotion of infrastructures such as rebuildings in association with the local partners;

 

CREATING the conditions to maintain and develop humanitarian assistance through the planning, support and implementation of local, regional, national, supernatural governments initiatives and plans;

 

PROMOTING links and alliances with other public and private organizations in order to actively participate in plans, projects and initiatives for interregional, cross-border and international cooperation on the subjects which converge, even partially, on the goals of our Organization, including the planning, formation and participation in international networks which subscribe to the goals of the Organization.

 

The CCIP carries out every kind of activity aimed at pursuing the EU Charter on Fundamental Rights and fulfilling all the acts and concluding the contractual operations which are necessary or useful in order to realize the company goals or the targets, directly or indirectly, related to the company goals. Participation in initiatives, projects, actions and plans instituted by the European Union and by other local, regional, national and private or public body such as associations and public or private foundations. The CCIP focuses on the following activities:

 

- activities which aim to promote the social and urban life quality:

interventions and integrated services promotion, organization and management in order to guarantee the quality life, Consumers’ rights protection, support of urban policies which intend to contribute to the solution of a serious social problem, that is the promotion of new practices of fight against every kind of discriminations and inequalities, including the labour market. Benefactions, actions and interventions in order to improve the living and working conditions in the underdeveloped areas in emerging countries in obedience to the local or international governmental agreements;

 

- activities which aim to promote the health quality service and assistance:

interventions and integrated services promotion, organization and management in order to guarantee the quality of services and medical-hospital assistance, development of international cooperation between hospitals and R&D Centers for Human health protection, actions which aim to promote and sensitize the public opinion to the disease prophylaxis, realization and assistance to network and advisory centers specialised in rare diseases.

 

- environment and natural habitat protection activity, development of renewable energies:

participation in actions, plans and initiatives for the environment and natural habitat improvement and protection. Environmental facilities protection and decontamination, fight against environmental pollution. Ecological balance restoration. Environmental respect promotion by industry and firms. Participation in every initiative which is necessary for a rational energy consumption and for energy resources optimization  including the research, diffusion and increment of alternative energy sources.

 

- training, education and facilitation employment activities:

collaboration on school sector and educational cooperation, e-learning and distance training courses, community  remote service centre creation and management. Remote work services promotion and management, educator training courses, continuing vocational training. Labour market active policy promotion in order to fight against unemployment. Labour market access promotion with a special emphasis on those people at the risk of social exclusion, employment promotion thanks to continuing vocational training and education, promotion of measures which aim to anticipate and foster economic and social changes adaptation. Courses to facilitate the disadvantaged, disabled and invalid people occupational placement. Initiatives which intend to fight against economic and social exclusion, training for young people without education or unqualified. Lasting unemployed training and rehabilitation in labour market. Contributions to improve the training, counselling and rehabilitation labour market systems. Courses to promote the setting-up of trade and job creation. Information and divulgation measures on occupational problems promotion and assistance. Social entrepreneurship and “equal opportunities” for women promotion including the planning and tutorage assistance. Small and medium-sized enterprise employee training in order to adjust human resources to domestic and foreign markets and develop competitiveness, also at international level, in order to maintain a steady employment rate. Job demand/offer interchange promotion. Incentivisation of job and occupational mobility. Job application/offer counselling and consultancy, culture of voluntarism and cooperative life in the moral and practical assistance of people. Besides we intend to facilitate the familiarization with different cultures and languages, youth short courses, scholarship management and assignment

 

- partnership and cooperation activity:

participation in non-profit initiatives, projects, programmes and actions which intend to regenerate and promote a lasting and balanced development of EC and non-EC space including interventions in order to foster the economic and social reconversion of depressed areas or with structural problems. Non-profit actions and projects planning and implementation in order to speed up the European and non-European economic and social integration through partnership and cooperation among bodies, firms, industry, research centers, universities, non-profit-institutions (NPISH), foundations in order to improve the cooperation and intervention efficacy creating economies of scale and allowing the different public and private subjects to work together through alliances and partnership contracts, maintaining their identity and individuality. We intend to promote a cooperation expansion particularly in emerging countries. Promotion and participation in actions and demonstrations which contribute to reconcile different countries including the support to town twinnings among territorial communities. 

 

- activities in order to improve innovation policy and interchange

participation and interaction among foundations, firms, research centres, service industry which affect the strategic decisions in order to improve the innovation policy, best practices and expertise interchange in the market to promote innovation, especially in outdated, obsolete European and non-European areas. Contribution to those policies which intend to promote the research human potential and socio-economic knowledges. Contributing to advanced studies and scientific research progress, fostering contacts among scientists from different countries, in particular the emerging ones. We intend to allow and grant scholarships including the access to facilities which are necessary to do research. Facilitating meetings and agreements in order to develop the expertise in chemistry, environment, energy, medicine, pharmaceutical, advanced technology, new materials technical areas, TLC, ICT, VOIP, INTERNET.

 

- activities to enhance arts, culture and heritage:

arts and culture enhancement through round tables, conferences, congresses, videoconferences, cinema and audiovisual, concerts, meetings, seminars, debates, workshops, fairs, exhibitions, shows, promotion of art in all its aspects, art gallery and museum creation and management, patronage, festivals, tours, economic and social reports and studies, researches and polls, orientations, observatories libraries research and documentation centres setting-up, natural resources enhancement initiatives planning and management, archaelogical heritage and architectural beauties enhancement, local folklore and traditions, touristic enhancement and entertainment, promotion of tourism on the farm.
